Our bodies contain our soul. You already knew that. I believe that we have forgotten the importance of it.

There was A MIRACLE when we took mortal form and our soul entered our body. Our body welcomed it in anticipation to the divine light that we are, and in a perfect communion we became one, one to last for our journey on earth.

We chose our human form, to complement our soul. It is a perfect divine creation so that we can complete our mortal mission.

We have forgotten that we have a responsibility to our mortal vessel. We need to keep it healthy, keep rising it on higher vibration so it can thrive and live it’s full programmed time on earth.

Don’t cut our time on earth short because our body didn’t last long enough. That would be disappointing to say the least.

Let’s take care of our bodies. Be in tune with them. Cater to their needs. Drink good clean water, eat healthy, exercise, rest, and listen to your body. It certainly can communicate well and it is probably speaking to you right now.
