This meditation is designed to help you start your day with a positive mind, body, and spirit. If you live in a place where the days are short during the winter or if your weather is overcast, this meditation will help you connect with the beautiful morning energy.
Try to lie down or sit comfortably before we start. Close your eyes.
As we go along, I’ll be asking you to move your hands. You can move them physically or visualize moving them. Do what is most comfortable for you.
