Love Starts From The Inside Out

If you feel there is something wrong with the way this message was written or if you notice that it is different, you might want to read this:

When I received this message my brain wanted to change it to “treat others the way you want them to be treated”. Because this is the way we have heard it before. It was difficult not to change it. It took time to understand that this message is perfect because it comes from the Divine.

“Treat yourself the way that YOU EXPECT OTHERS TO TREAT YOU”

This message will resonate now with a few people that need to heal in a very special way…

When you EXPECT to be treated with respect and love but you don’t love and respect yourself in that same way.

That expectation was taught to you when you were little. You were told that you should expect to be treated with respect and love because of who you are: a valuable person in society, a member of a well-respected family, a good moral individual… so many reasons. But when they taught you this, they didn’t teach you the base of love and respect. They didn’t teach you to start by loving and respecting yourself FIRST.

This created an incompleteness that you could be dragging around even today. You can love others because you know how to give love, or so you think, because how can you love somebody if you don’t know how to love yourself.

“Love starts from the inside out”

Some of you have healed and later in life learned to love yourself. I spiritually hug you for achieving this. But some of you, the recipients of this message, need to stop and think about this for a moment. It is by becoming self-aware that we can begin to heal.

Let’s now meditate on these lines:

* I wish for you to open your heart now and start receiving Divine, healing love.

* You are loved because you received the gift of life.

* Take that love in and let it nourish you. Let love grow in your heart.

* How can you not love and respect the beautiful creation that you are?

Continue to love yourself from today forward and share the love that you have grown inside of you with others. Give yourself every day what you need so that your heart is fertile soil for more love to grow.
